Messages
Two Ls personnel who have opted in can send and receive SMS/MMS messages with our internal tools and AI assistants: system alerts, build and deploy status, reminders, short updates, sometimes a screenshot, and back-and-forth conversation. What we collect and why
Your mobile number and opt-in record (date, method, what you agreed to), plus the messages sent and received and their delivery data. We use these only to send the messages you asked for, honor HELP and STOP, troubleshoot, and meet legal and carrier requirements.
No sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile number, messaging consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider (Twilio) and wireless carriers process the number only to deliver messages on our behalf.
AI assistants
Some replies are written by AI assistants. To generate them, message content is processed by AI model providers acting on our behalf, under our instructions, and used only to produce the reply. Your number and opt-in record aren’t shared with them for marketing.
Your choices
Reply STOP any time to opt out (one confirmation message, then nothing more). Reply HELP or email hello@2ls.tech with questions or to have your data deleted.
