Program
Two Ls LLC (“we”) runs SMS/MMS messaging between Two Ls personnel who have opted in and our internal tools and AI assistants. Messages are operational: system alerts, build and deploy status, reminders, short updates, sometimes a screenshot, and back-and-forth conversation, where you text the number and an assistant replies. Not offered to the public; U.S. numbers only.
Opt-in
Enrollment is verbal: we describe the program, ask for an explicit yes or no, then text you a confirmation. Opting in is voluntary. The full process is documented at https://2ls.tech/sms-opt-in. The script:
“Two Ls can send you automated SMS and MMS messages from our internal tools and AI assistants: system alerts, build and deploy status, reminders, and replies when you text the number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Terms are at 2ls.tech/terms and our privacy policy is at 2ls.tech/privacy. Would you like to receive these messages? Please say yes or no.”
On yes: “Great, we’ll text you a confirmation shortly.”

Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll get one confirmation message and no more. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
