SMS/MMS Opt-in Process

Who opts in
Only Two Ls LLC’s own personnel: the owner and collaborators working with the studio. The messages are internal, alerts and two-way conversation with the studio’s internal tools and AI assistants. Nothing is offered to the public and no marketing is sent.
How consent is collected: verbally, one person at a time
In person or by phone, a Two Ls LLC representative reads the script below word for word, asks for an explicit yes or no, and enrolls the number only on a clear yes. Anything other than a clear yes means no enrollment. Opting in is voluntary and isn’t a condition of anything. Consent covers this messaging program only and is never transferred or shared.
The script
Representative: “Two Ls can send you automated SMS and MMS messages from our internal tools and AI assistants: system alerts, build and deploy status, reminders, and replies when you text the number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Terms are at 2ls.tech/terms and our privacy policy is at 2ls.tech/privacy. Would you like to receive these messages? Please say yes or no.”
Person: “Yes.”
Representative: “Great, we’ll text you a confirmation shortly.”
What we record
For every yes: the date and time, the mobile number, who took the consent, and the script version. One log line looks like [YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM] · [+1 555 555 5555] · yes · taken by [name] · script 2026-08-15. Records are kept while the number is enrolled and afterward as proof of consent.

Keywords
There is no keyword, web form, or paper sign-up. Texting STOP unsubscribes (one confirmation message, then nothing more). START, YES, or UNSTOP only re-enrolls a number that previously opted in verbally and later texted STOP. HELP returns support info: hello@2ls.tech.
